In the small town of Fitzgerald, Georgia, thousands of people to flock each year to the two-day Wild Chicken Festival to honor the community’s feathered residents: Burmese chickens. Guests joined the Run for the Roost 5K walk/run, danced to live music, explored their creative skills in the arts and crafts section, and tried something delicious from the vendors. Plenty of entertainment was also found at the crowing competition, and yes, it was exactly what it sounds like. Alliant was proud to be a Platinum Sponsor of this event!
