Find answers about premium payments, payment options, the new payment portal, coverage, and support.
You can make your premium payment through the following methods:
- Online through our website
- Through the Alliant Member Portal
- By contacting Client Services
- By mail with a check (including payment slip)
When searching for your account, it is important to use the subscriber’s information to locate the policy. For example, if you are married and the policy subscriber is your spouse, you will need to enter your spouse’s information rather than your own. We recommend selecting the option “Find by Social Security Number (SSN)” and searching by the last four digits of the subscriber’s Social Security number. When entering your zip code, be sure to use your physical address zip code if it is different than your mailing address.
Your Exchange ID is different than your Alliant Member ID and can be located on your invoice. It will be listed as “Exchange Subscriber ID” on the payment slip portion of your invoice.
Please use the payment address shown on the payment slip on your invoice. For timely and accurate payment processing, you must send your check with your payment slip. Your payment slip ensures your payment is correctly posted to your account. Payments received without the payment slip will take longer to process.
Mailed payments: While we cannot impact the timeliness of USPS, mailed payments that include the payment coupon from your invoice will process within 2 business days.
Online payments: Credit card payments finalize within 24 hours. ACH payments finalize within 3-5 business days.
If you use a bill pay service through your bank or financial institution, please be aware that your bank may mail a check on your behalf. Because the bank does not have access to your payment slip, this may cause delays. We recommend using one of Alliant’s available payment options to help ensure your payment is received and applied promptly.
