When given a choice between Quest Diagnostics and a different independent, freestanding lab provider, which lab should I choose?
Quest Diagnostics (QD) is the most cost-effective choice for Members. As Alliant’s Preferred Lab Partner, QD gives Members access to high-quality service at a lower cost, maximizing their plan benefits.
Am I allowed to choose a different lab partner than Quest Diagnostics (QD)?
If you choose a different freestanding, independent lab provider, you may pay more because you are not using the Preferred Lab Partner.
