Alliant Health Plans Introduces Updated Member ID Cards with New Pharmacy Information for 2025 Policies
Dalton, GA – Alliant Health Plans is reminding members to use their newly issued 2025 Member ID cards at the pharmacy to ensure seamless processing of their prescription claims. These updated cards feature new Rx BIN and PCN numbers, which are critical for accurate pharmacy claims submission and approval.
Failure to provide the new ID card may result in rejected pharmacy claims. Members are encouraged to:
· Present their updated ID card during their next pharmacy visit.
· Request their pharmacist to update their account information with the new Rx BIN and PCN numbers.
· Refile any claims with a 2025 fill date that were processed under the old Rx BIN and PCN numbers to avoid unnecessary out-of-pocket expenses.
o NOTE: Any Alliant pharmacy claims with a 2024 fill date should continue to be processed under the old RX BIN and PCN numbers.
Here is an example of where the new pharmacy numbers can be found on ID cards:
For members who have not received their new Member ID card for 2025, a detailed list of the new BIN and PCN numbers by line of business – SoloCare, SimpleCare, or 4Corners – can be viewed here: 2025 BIN/PCN Numbers
