Live4It App Update: Current Issues & Ongoing Fixes

We are aware that some Live4It app users are experiencing a few issues after the most recent update (Version 1.3.4.0035). Our team is actively working to resolve these problems, which include:

  • Steps not syncing
  • Face ID not functioning correctly
  • Points page not displaying properly

We understand how important it is for users to track their steps and points, especially as we are at the end of the month. Rest assured, we are reviewing the best way to manage points allocations as it relates to step data during this time.
