The following functions managed by CHC are non-operational at this time:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>EDI Claims Submission (837 files)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electronic Remittance Advice (835 files)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electronic Eligibility Verifications (270\/271 feed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We are actively working to find solutions to replace the services handled by CHC. In the meantime, Alliant Health Plans has temporary solutions for claims, electronic remittance and eligibility as described below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Claims Submissions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Original, scannable, red-ink paper forms may be submitted by mail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Alliant Health Plans<br>PO Box 2667<br>Dalton, GA 30722<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Electronic Remittance (835 file)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Paper Explanation of Payment (EOP) is available in the Alliant Health Plans Provider Portal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility Verification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alliant Health Plans Provider Portal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alliant Health Plans Automated telephone system (<a href=\"tel:8008114793\">800-811-4793<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alliant Health Plans Client Services (<a href=\"tel:8008114793\">800-811-4793<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Alliant\u2019s other critical operational functions remain active and are NOT impacted by the CHC disruption. These include, but are not limited to payment operations, provider portal functionality, premium payment operations, eligibility maintenance operations and Call Center operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alliant appreciates your partnership and feedback as the Change Healthcare issue continues to unfold.
