information<\/strong> with the new Rx BIN and PCN numbers.<br>    <strong> \u00b7 Refile any claims with a 2025 fill date that were processed under the old Rx BIN and PCN numbers<\/strong> to avoid unnecessary out-of-pocket expenses.<br>          <strong>o NOTE: Any Alliant pharmacy claims with a 2024 fill date should continue to be processed under the old RX BIN and PCN
